  1. How do I get started with T.R.I.P.?

    Pick up a registration packet at any campus, call the T.R.I.P. office at 708-429-5952 to have one mailed to you, or download a registration form. Mail it to the address shown at the top of the form. Upon receipt, a T.R.I.P. account number will be assigned and your first ordering envelope will be mailed to you. As soon as you receive it, you can begin ordering!

  2. How do I pay for my certificates/gift cards?

    Payment is by check only. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH! Checks should be made out to T.R.I.P. If you have friends or family ordering through you, their checks should also be made out to T.R.I.P. There is no limit as to how many checks you submit with your order. Be sure to put your T.R.I.P. account number on all of the checks in your envelope.

  3. When are orders due?

    During the school year, they are due at any campus by Monday 8:30 a.m. Late orders will not be accepted. Each office has a T.R.I.P. box to put orders in. For the summer, T.R.I.P. orders must be dropped off at CCHS by 8:30 a.m. on Mondays. For your convenience, orders may be dropped off at CCHS during "off" weeks. Office summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Orders may be dropped off at the Tinley Park campus on processing days only by 8:30 a.m. No late orders, please!

  4. When are orders distributed?

    Orders are available for pick up on Thursdays (Fridays if it is a holiday week) from 2:45-3:15 p.m. During the summer, pick up is at CCHS only on Thursdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

  5. How do I fill out my order envelope?

    Use full dollar amounts. For example, Cub Foods comes in $20 denominations. if you want $100 in Cub Foods, write in 100 on the blank line, not 5 (x 20 to = 100). Write in your TOTAL on the order total line. Be sure the checks inside of your envelope balance to your total on the outside of your envelope. Seal your envelope from end-to-end. (We don't want to risk any certificates/gift cards falling out!)

  6. Where do I get a T.R.I.P. ordering envelope?

  7. I lost my T.R.I.P. ordering envelope. What should I do?

    Extra envelopes are available in the office at each campus. You may have your child pick one up or stop in for one.

  8. Can I submit more than one order per week?

    No. Our software will only except one entry per family per week. If you have already turned in your order but need to add to it, please get your order back, write in your additional items, cut the very top off of your envelope, and insert any additional checks.

  9. When can I use my T.R.I.P. credit?

    Statements are sent out twice a year. Statement periods run from April through September and October through March. You will receive instructions on how to use your credit with your statement.

  10. How do I use a voucher?

    If you are using a voucher merchant, you will need a T.R.I.P. three part voucher form.  You can pick on up at any campus or write on your ordering envelope that you need one.  When it comes time to pay for your service with the voucher merchant, give him the voucher.  They will keep the white and yellow copies and you keep the pink.   They will send a check to me, along with the white copies of any vouchers they have collected, and I will then apply the credit to your T.R.I.P. account.  It will appear on your next T.R.I.P. statement.  More details are given in our "Policies & Procedures."
