International Student Program for Grades 9-12

Distinct Advantages of the CCHS International Program:

  • Located in beautiful and serene Palos Heights, Illinois – recognized as of the of the safest cities in the United States – on a 16-acre campus.  The grounds include three science/engineering laboratories, a library/media center, performance auditorium, two gymnasiums, and two outdoor sports complexes including facilities for track, football, baseball, soccer and tennis.
  • Robust academics with special programs highlighting engineering, science, business, and fine arts. Opportunities to earn college credit through Advanced Placement courses and Dual Enrollment.  Ninety-six percent of graduates attend university.
  • Access to over 15 student clubs and 17 competitive sports – including Scholastic Bowl (2019 State Champions!), DECA Business Club, Yearbook, Band, Mock Trial, Tennis, Baseball, Track, Volleyball, and more.

  • Tutoring time with teachers is provided within the normal schedule of the school day.
  • STEM program with a nationally recognized organization and certified teachers – Project Lead the Way (PLTW) including Engineering and Bio-Medical Science courses.

  • Advanced Placement Classes:  8 each (English, Spanish, Calculus, Statistics, History, Government, and Psychology)

International Student Admission Requirements:

We are accepting international students for 9th through 11th grade.  Acceptance for 12th grade not typical, but we will consider it under special circumstances.  We do not have a faith requirement, however, students must be open to experiencing a religious perspective.  We accept students in the fall and spring of each academic year.
